PLT Shipping Terms
Every order (*including international orders) includes Complimentary Delivery Tracking, Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation, paid for by us, for the safe delivery of your order! It’s a complimentary service we include and saves you up to $100 on every order you place!
Shipping Options:
1) If you select Free Shipping at checkout, your item will ship by USPS Priority Express Mail with a Tracking Number we will email you, Free Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation included.
2) If you select another service (UPS, DHL, or FedEx or another service), then your item will ship by that carrier with a Tracking Number we will email you, with Free Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation included.

Shipping Processing Times:
We will ship all orders from our store location in California, USA, in the order it was received, by your selected shipping method chosen at checkout, in one week after placing your order online.
Need it sooner? Message us for details, but you may have to pay import fees / taxes. Otherwise, we will cover import taxes on your behalf.
Order Processing:
We send tracking details for each order automatically to the email on file (and if opted at checkout for texts- a text will be sent too) just 6 days after you place your order. So keep an eye out for that email for expected delivery times and to ensure safe arrival!
We have created a network with a handful of co-jewelers across the county and even the world to offer luxurious pieces at affordable options. So, your item may be housed or on display at one of our co-jewelers’ stores either locally or nationally. Here is what our processing looks like:
1) Our co-jeweler will ship with insurance your purchases to us with safety (guaranteed) to us in California, USA
2) We then inspect and thoroughly approve the authenticity of every article (this is a safety check, as it’s already been authenticated by one of our co-jewelers ) and before it ships, each article receives our 110% Money Back Authenticity Guarantee Certificate
3) We will then carefully pack and ship your items to the address you provided by Free USPS Priority Express 1-2 Day Delivery Mail with tracking, Free Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation included
These three steps are completed in just one week, so your order will arrive safely in about 9 days after your purchase is received.

*International orders:
If your delivery address is located in a country other than the USA, you may be charged import taxes/ customs fees. These are the buyers responsibility and we have no control over them. However, for a limited time we will not charge you VAT or Sales Tax for any item purchased online. For import fees/ taxes, check with your countries customs office for details. Normal shipping time for international orders is our one week processing time and approximately 3-5 days for shipping time (depends on how quick your item clears customs, etc.). We will provide free insurance and signature confirmation for your package, and do all the heavy lifting for you, including providing documents to customs to properly clear your items, and will assist with importing. We are here for each and every import order! Message us on how we can help! Make sure to provide a phone number at checkout, it’s required by us for international orders.
