However, we have a large network of affluent sellers (consignors) outside the USA whom list their items for sale with us here in the USA, which is how we bring to you the largest collections of Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, CHANEL, Hermes, Rolex and more while offering affordable options.
Here is how it works:
- Preloved Treasures has networked with some of the most affluent consignors / sellers all over the world, and we work with sellers outside the US to bring you the most affordable options
- We do all the heavy lifting for you. Once you purchase, we have the item shipped to us from each consignor. Which means we handle all the trade barriers (language differences (yes, most our sellers don’t speak English as their primary language- that’s why here at PrelovedTreasures we have many translators on site)), import restrictions, paying the tax bill (duties and import fees as high as 30%. Which we will pay on your behalf and take care of all the paperwork- handling time for imports is about 3 days)
- And then ensuring each piece is 100% Authentic, which we have reviewed the item already (by photos) and each item will be hand-reviewed by our team of Authenticators in our WOSTEP Certified Laboratory (read more about the authentication process here) in Carlsbad, CA, and each piece will come backed by our 110% Money Back Authentication Gaurantee Policy.
- So about 7 days after your order is placed, your item will be mailed out to you from our Carlsbad, CA USA warehouse, by Express 2 Day Mail with signature required. So you can expect your item to arrive at your doorstep 8-10 days after purchase.
